You can give feedback on your internet service, offer suggestions for future products and services, read staff blogs, and discuss issues like gaming, hardware, wireless broadband, VoIP and Web 2.0 applications. PlusNet is also running a monthly customer survey, from which one lucky user will be given free broadband for a year. The site can be easily navigated using tags, and serves as a friendly platform between company and customers.

Verdict
BT-owned ISP PlusNet should please its users further with this new community website.
