It wants you to upload an unsmiling photo of yourself to show how serious you are about reducing carbon emissions. These pictures will form part of a petition to the government calling for more money and less hassle for councils so they can concentrate on green energy, home insulation and better public transport. You can also specify your seriousness about other issues including karaoke, reality TV and stinky cheese. Although the site isn't a barrel of laughs, it presents information clearly and concisely, and is certainly worth a frown.
