Elvis The King

Review Date : Sat, 24 Nov 2007

Author : Veronique De Freitas

A streaming jukebox plays a continuous loop of samples from his number one singles, including some interesting alternative takes. Every week until 3 December, Sony/BMG is re-releasing one of Elvis’ 18 chart-topping songs, which you can order online to build up a limited-edition CD box set. Each single has its own page featuring chart information, original sleeve, photos and music sheets. Although the site is really just a promotional tool, it’s far more attractive and interactive than most.
