I ordered a WII package and found a controller and a game missing. I have emailed the company, telephoned them and get an automated message. Poor service and not satisfied.Should have gone to ARGOS! Dec 2009

I had a similar experience, they sent me the wrong item on 2 separate occasions.Their customer services are only open 9-5pm Mon-Fri! so you have to call them while in office, the number is 0845 so you get a rip -off call charge from your mobile (as office does not allow personal calls to 0845 numbers) . And they have the cheek to advertise your award which is almost 2 years old! Very unhappy, you should revoke this award
