Yes, the Lord of the Rings director Peter Jackson has been told he will not be the man behind the camera for The Hobbit, the next film adaptation of JRR Tolkien novels following a legal dispute with New Line Cinema, and boy are you Hobbit fans angry.
More than 6,000 people have so far signed an online petition asking for Jackson to be reinstated as director, calling for The Hobbit to be filmed "the way it was meant to be or not at all".
While others have set up a website called Boycott New Line Cinema, so angry are they at the decision.
The long-awaited new James Bond flick will premiere in London tonight and guess who's popping along? Yes, the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh will attend the world premiere of Casino Royale in London's Leicester Square this evening.
