PC Helpline - how not to solve network problems

Can't get online? Don't follow the advice offered in this video!

Anyone who has ever had to call a PC helpline – or any technical support service for that matter – will appreciate this video from the Future Wheel team at Funny or Die.

It features a hapless chap who can't get online receiving some rather unconventional advice from Steve, the support guy at the other end of the phone.

This ranges from the standard "have you tried restarting your modem?" to "have you tried reassuring it like a sad colleague?" and instructions on using a hosepipe to fill the PC with water. 

It all leads to some rather surprising results.
