There is a lighter version of VideoStudio that comes without the comprehensive HD-editing add-ons, this Plus version is the one that also lets you upload directly to YouTube.
Although there is a lighter version of VideoStudio (£39.99) that comes without the comprehensive, but expensive, HD-editing add-ons, this Plus version is the one that also lets you upload directly to YouTube.
Although mostly easy to use, it only lets you think about your movie as either the whole project or an individual clip. We found this to be obstructive to basic navigation, as you have to pick one or the other and it never seems to be in the right mode. It imports and outputs to a lot of different formats though, making it very versatile if you’re looking for file-format flexibility.
