BrightFilter uses a web-based interface for program configuration and makes it easy to create all the user accounts you need. You can apply film-classification-style restrictions on accounts in a number of categories, letting you block spyware, web mail and file-sharing sites – as well as specifying individual sites to block. Although there are no monitoring options, you can place time restrictions on user accounts. The software’s price includes the option of installing the program on up to three computers – more than enough for the average home user.
