The MailSpaces service has clearly been designed with collaboration in mind. Members of a group can submit files, news feeds and other content to share, and email alerts can be set up to inform people of new additions. Any content that is added, whatever form it takes, can be tagged so that similar or related content can be quickly located. The configuration of a group takes a little getting used to, but once up and running it can quickly turn into a valuable resource for its members.
