MySpace

MySpace is probably best known as social networking phenomenon and has the largest existing user base by far of any of these services. This in itself is enough to make it worth investigating if you have a group of any sort to promote, especially if you want to open it to the general public. Individuals with an account can add friends to a contacts list and groups can be created for collaboration. The basics such as a blog, photo viewer and media player are included as standard, but the popularity of the site has lead to countless unofficial tweaks being created, and it is these aspects which make MySpace worth a look. However, you’re probably going to have to dabble in a little HTML to get the effects you want.
