PC Tools Firewall Plus 2.0

PC Tools’s free firewall was one of the first to work with Windows Vista and, for that reason, has won a lot of new fans. It blocked two out of the 10 Atelier Web tests and, while failing to hide from the Shields Up tests, still provided a total block of its probes. It’s very easy to use and employs a pleasant, well-structured interface with good at-a-glance features such as System Tray bars that display the density of your internet traffic. You can set up rules for applications and connections if you wish, and it logs all the data you might need.
