Pegasus Mail v4.41

One of the oldest email programs, Pegasus Mail, has come a long way in its 18-year history. It has a strong focus on security, offering a highly effective spam filter, along with virus protection and content control filters. Emails can also be encrypted to prevent sensitive data from falling into the wrong hands.

The program has been designed for use in a shared environment – handy if you are not the sole user of your computer – with numerous useful features related to this. For example, support for multiple identities lets several people store emails in the same program, while a message-board facility makes it possible to send messages to users of the same computer. These may not be features which everyone wants, but they’re helpful nonetheless.
