The original promise of Google Mail was that you need never delete or file an email again, with its huge capacity and superb search replacing the need for those tiresome chores.

Yahoo’s interface is fairly simple to use and it’s easy to add new folders, especially when compared to Hotmail.

Something of an unknown name i.Scribe is the free version of the InScribe email software, the only difference being that a single email account can be configured with five filters.

Mulberry offers email, contacts and a calendar in a single package. Where it falls is that its process of configuring filters and working with email accounts is more convoluted.
