Star Downloader is a straightforward and rather basic download tool, built along the same lines as Fresh Download. It breaks files down into several smaller pieces and speeds up downloads by fetching them simultaneously. You can pause, resume and schedule downloads, and set the software to look for faster alternative locations. It’s a reasonable product but not one of the best choices.
