Absolute Uninstaller 2.6

Despite the boast in its title, Absolute Uninstaller doesn’t do a whole lot besides simply uninstalling programs. Indeed, it offers little more functionality than Windows’ own Add/Remove Programs facility. The best feature is its ability to perform batch uninstalls of several applications, but we can’t imagine you’d need to do that often. At least it’s free, though.
