The cleaning and tweaking options in Norton Utilities don’t come cheap, nor do they add much to Windows other than a bit of coherence to the interface. This is aimed at people with no clue about how to clean up their computers, although even they would be better off with Window Washer. PC tweakers with a little more knowledge would do better to check out one of the rival suites.
