Window Washer 6.0

Window Washer, as the name suggests, is capable of cleaning up after Windows and a number of other well-known programs. After deciding which elements you would like to include in the ‘wash’ process – ranging from search history, MRU (Most Recently Used) items and much more in Windows, and individual options for other programs – these clean-up options can be applied with a single click from the main screen of the program. The advanced ‘bleach’ option will prevent deleted files and data from being recovered.

As with System Cleaner, Window Washer is a well-featured tool that suffers from the price-tag. That said, the program is highly configurable and the excellent performance just about justifies the price, but it’s a shame there isn’t a dedicated Registry cleaning facility.
