So many companies now use PDF files to share information across the web, be it a user manual for a digital camera or a London bus map, that Acrobat Reader is an essential browser plug-in.

So many companies now use PDF files to share information across the web, be it a user manual for a digital camera or a London bus map, that Acrobat Reader is an essential browser plug-in. Now in its seventh version, this free software enables you to view and print PDF documents from the web that are reproduced exactly as the creator intended. New features include a more powerful search facility, real-time zooming and panning on documents, and the ability to fill in and submit forms. It’s a fairly large download, but once installed will prove a tremendously useful tool you’ll use again and again.
