To access the new version of Blogger you need to either be an existing user or have a Google account. Unlike the standard version, this beta publishes pages dynamically, meaning that any changes you make are implemented immediately – you don’t have to mess around republishing every time you make a new post.

Blogs are public by default, but you can now restrict viewing access if you wish. Another change is the addition of labels, which let you organise your posts by category, instead of just date – ideal for those looking to make their sites more like websites than journals.
The beta is a big improvement on the previous incarnation, but it’s worth noting that it’s still only a test version and has been plagued with lots of problems lately.
