This new blogging service from Lycos should prove ideal for those who’d like to share thoughts and pictures online but don’t need or want to design a whole website. With the emphasis on simplicity, it makes setting up, customising and posting to your blog extremely straightforward, though it lacks the all-round flexibility of Blogger. JubiiBlog lets you categorise your posts, upload up to 50MB to use on your blog as you see fit and automatically censor specific words in visitors’ comments. It also uses a mood system, whereby you select an emotion to accompany your daily post – Happy, Angry, Sad – which contributes towards the JubiiBlog community Mood-o-Meter and lets people browse only blogs displaying their emotion of choice.
