Blog-City seems to offer a lot of features and options to fiddle with at first glance, but further inspection reveals many of them to be exclusive to the paid-for version (costing around £1.40 per month) which knocks Blog-City back in the performance stakes.
Verdict
As it stands, the free version doesn’t cover any exciting features such as multiple users, image hosting or complex site design, though there are some reasonable-looking templates on offer.
