The Creative Live Cam Voice has a nice, versatile stand that will either hook over the top of a monitor or stand freely on a flat surface. It comes with a substantial software bundle including remote monitoring (letting your webcam send images to a website at regular intervals), motion detection (with pictures sent via email) and cool time-lapse options.

There’s a noise cancelling microphone built onto the device, which is essential for noisy environments, but takes a bit of the quality out of your voice when you’re in a quiet room so you’ll need to remember to switch it off. However, it also comes with a plug-in headphone/mic combo if you want to get the best from your kit.
