The Mustek Be@rPaw 2400CU Plus II offers decent enough hardware but the software feels a bit dated
The output from this scanner was a bit washed out when we compared the results to its rivals. You could sort this out in post-processing but it's easier if the scanner gets it right first time.
The driver software feels a bit dated, especially if you compare it to Epson's, and while the hardware is OK, we suspect it's priced so keenly because the software hasn't been updated for a while.
