If you’re looking for an all-in-one printer to hook up to your network, this HP model is a treat. It has an Ethernet connection so you can connect it to your router if you’ve got one; otherwise, you can use the USB option. You can control the printer and scanner from the PC or use the control panel on the front of the device for direct printing.
It’s a well-featured model complete with a memory card reader (should you want to print photos straight from cards), and two paper trays so you can be ready to print on plain or photo paper without swapping reams.
The printer’s six-colour system (each in a separate cartridge) gives cracking performance on photo paper and its plain paper printing isn’t bad either. This makes it a great all-rounder, especially if you’re looking for a network connection.
