The HP L2045w is a smart-looking screen with a minimal trim around the edge, so there’s little to get in the way of your viewing. It’ll connect to a VGA or DVI connector, but didn’t come with a cable for the latter, so if you want a digital connection you’ll need to buy one as an extra. It has a USB hub built in though, that will swap one socket on your PC for two on the monitor, which is a good trade, and it offers a decent level of performance. A good all-rounder, especially for USB addicts.
