The Intempo GX-01 uses Reciva software to provide digital radio and stream digital music from your computer. Its configuration is slightly different though: a single knob is used for both menu selection and volume control, which can get a bit confusing; and fewer buttons reduces the number of presets available without using the remote control.
It can handle both wired and wireless connections and the sound quality is good, particularly if you like it solid and full of bass. But best of all is the price – it’s superb value for money.
