World's slimmest MP3 player

As the likes of the iPod Shuffle and MobiBlu Cube battle it out to be the smallest digital music player in the world, a company called Walletex has decided to create the thinnest.

Its aptly-named Wallet MP3 player is barely thicker than a credit card yet offers between 128MB and 2GB of storage, depending on the model, and features all the controls you need for playing, pausing and navigating tunes. The device is also water proof, dust proof, and temperature-resistant, though some may grumble at its lack of a screen.

Due out in June 2007, with pricing has yet to be confirmed; full details should soon be available at the Walletex website.
