Sony E-Series gets smaller and shinier

Sony is continuing its steady stream of stylish digital audio players with its latest E-Series range.

These tiny audio devices measure a mere 83mm in length and weigh a measly 29g, plugging directly into the USB port of a PC or portable speaker system for instant music-sharing. Available in 1GB, 2GB and 4GB capacities, and in various shiny colours, each player features a colour screen providing track information, Clear Audio technnology for super-sharp sound and a fantastic battery life of 30 hours.

The new E-Series goes on sale in Japan within the next couple of weeks. Keep an eye on the Sony website for details of a UK launch.
