Rather than mess around with video files on your PC, iRecord removes the need for a computer completely. Just hook it up to a video source - like a DVD player or Sky box - plug in your iPod and hit the record button. It will take the analogue video, encode it in the right format and save it straight onto your iPod.

It supports all major video formats (NTSC, PAL and SECAM) and can squeeze around three hours of video into about 1GB of storage space.
