It's fine listening to music on puny iPod earphones while you're on the move, but sometimes you want to kick back and listen to music the way it was meant to be heard - loud.
The BooM1 from TwinMOS promises to set your music free, featuring a 2.1 sound system with beefy bass included. The two stereo speakers are only rated at 8 watts per channel, but the subwoofer offers a more impressive 25 watts of power to create decent, earth rattling bass.
If you haven't got an iPod, you can still use it as a normal speaker system via the standard stereo mini-jack connection. If you've got images or video stored on your player, you can even hook it up to laptop or TV to view your content large screen and a remote control is included for simple track selection.
The BooM1 is available now from the TwinMOS website for £149.99.
