Get into shape and have fun while you're doing it with the Wii Fit from Nintendo. The Wii Fit has been designed to help you to improve your posture and balance and achieve a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI).

Before you begin your new healthy regime, measure your current fitness level by standing on the Wii Balance Board and complete a couple of simple tests. You’ll then be ready to try your hand at over forty different exercises, which cover four training areas.

The Wii Fit includes Balance Games, Aerobic Exercises, Muscle Workouts and even Yoga options, so you can choose whether you want to burn calories, work on your balance and posture, tone up or learn how to stretch and relax effectively.

Because the Nintendo Wii Fit includes a range of different activities, such as Step Basics, Snowboarding, Rhythm Boxing and Jogging, you'll stay entertained as you work towards a healthier lifestyle.

Thanks to the Wii Fit Channel, up to eight people can store and compare their personal fitness profiles. The channel even remembers any exercise you do away from the Wii Balance Board, so you know exactly how much progress you're making.

Nintendo DSi handheld games console

The Nintendo DSi isn't just smaller and lighter than the original DS handheld console, it packs extra features too.

The two cameras in the lid can detect facial expressions and players' movements, providing additional ways to interact with games. The sound capabilities have also been enhanced for better in game audio and music.

Despite its new features, it's still compatible with over 1,000 DS games and it comes with internet connectivity built in so you can browse the web or download additional content directly to the device.
