The USB memory key has seen off the floppy disk as the portable file storage solution of the day, but it's not without its problems. The biggest one being that the majority come in two parts - the lid and the main unit.
It's one thing if you absent mindedly leave the cap by your computer and wander off with the USB key in your pocket. It's another if only the cap attaches to your keys and you take your keyring out of your pocket only to find the lid sans memory key.
PNY is hoping to solve all that with its new Attache design which features a rotating cap that's always attached to the main body of the unit. It's available in capacities from 1GB up to 8GB and supports USB 2.0 for fast data transfers.
