It's easy to make hard copies of your digital snaps when you're at home, but if you need to make duplicates while you're out and about then Canon's new Pixma iP100 is the perfect travel companion.
Despite its compact design it uses a five colour ink printing system and can turn out images with a resolution of 9,600x2,400 dpi. It's relatively speedy too - a borderless 10x15cm print should be in your hands in around 50 seconds.
If you don't want to have to mess around with cables then there's support for infra red beaming as standard with Bluetooth available as an option too. You don't need to worry about being near mains power either as there's an optional rechargeable battery available or you can get an adapter to power it from the car.
The Pixma iP100 will be available in May for £199, see Canon for further details.
