The USB mouse comes with two built-in EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) pads which you stick to your body. The power from your USB port causes the pads to pulse and this, in turn, exercises the muscles. As well as giving you a rock-hard physique to be proud of, it can be used to relax and refresh aching body parts just like a normal TENS machine.

The stimulation level is set and adjusted using plus and minus buttons on the side of the mouse. And there's an auto-cut-off feature too.
