Blaupunkt is hoping to appeal to people that just want basic satellite navigation to get them from A to B with the TravelPilot 100. There are no fancy multimedia options, just simple to follow driving instructions and easy destination input.
It features an error tolerant name input system, so you shouldn't run into problems trying to tell it where you want to go. Once it knows where you're heading, it'll quickly work out the best route and start barking instructions at you. It'll also keep an eye on your speed, and can let you know if you're driving too fast for a particular road so you won't end up with a speeding ticket.
It will even automatically switch to night mode colours when the sun goes down, so you can always make out what's on screen no matter what time of day it is.
The TravelPilot 100 is available now for £106.87 from Amazon.
