MSI X600 laptop

If you're in the market for a super-skinny laptop, then MSI's new X600 could be just what you're looking for.

It measures just 9mm at its thinnest point, rising to a far-from-podgy 25mm at its thickest, with a footprint of just 392 x 255mm. It's pretty light too, weighing just 2.1kg including the battery.

Under the hood, you'll find an Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 4GB of memory. The hard disk holds a generous 320GB and the screen measures 15.6in.
