If you were tempted to get an iMac, but thought the casing was a bit plasticy, then take a look at the new design which is decked out in aluminium and glass.
Like previous models, everything is built into the main body of the unit - so you only need to plug in the keyboard, mouse and power and you're ready to go. Plump for the optional wireless peripherals and there's only a single cable to connect.
Two screen sizes are available - either 20in or 24in and processor options start at a 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo right up to a 2.8GHz Core 2 Extreme. If you're worried about running out of storage space, you can choose up to a 1TB hard drive if you opt for the 24in model.
The iMac is available to buy now from £799 from Apple.
