SanDisk portable media player
SanDisk has alreay made its mark on the MP3 player market with models such as the Sansa c200 we featured here. Now the company is branching into portable video with the Sansa View, a pocket-sized media device with an impressive array of features.
Measuring 78.5mm x 123mm x 16.9mm, this compact entertainment centre sports a 4in colour widescreen and an integrated speaker, providing a nifty means of enjoying music, movies and photos on the move. Its 8GB of internal flash memory is sufficient for up to 33 hours of video, 2,000 songs or thousands of images, and can be boosted further with an SD or SDHC card.
The Sansa View is compatible with Windows Media Player and most online music stores, offering a battery life of ten hours for audio playback and four for video. It's due out later this year for around £155. See Sandisk for further details.
