There's certainly no shortage of portable iPod speakers at the moment, but few models also let you enjoy movies on the move.

The inMotion iMV712 from Altec Lansing is designed especially for the video iPod, allowing you to watch short films, music videos and other visual content you've downloaded on its 8.5in colour widescreen, rather than the player's tiny display. It features two 3in speakers and a 4in sub-woofer and uses SFX (Stereo Field Expander) technology to deliver room-filling sound. The system includes an Apple dock/charger, as well as a cradle to support other media devices, and comes with a wireless remote for controlling both the speaker and iPod.
