You can then use the console to play content on the drive and display it on a large screen TV. If your media isn't in a format natively supported by your console, then Iomega has included the Prism Video Converter MX utility so you can transcode material in QuickTime, AVI or VOB format, for example, into MPEG-4.
You don't need to worry about mains adapters as the drive can be powered from the console - a Y cable is included so it can draw electricity from two ports at the same time.
