Like SystemWorks, this application offers real-time spyware and anti-virus protection. It also lets you choose from a comprehensive selection of on-demand scans, including QuickScan, BasicScan, DeepScan, FileScan and so on.

The main screen offers two one-click fix solutions. The Protect option scans your system for spyware and viruses while Optimize cleans up your hard disk and then defragments it. There are Comprehensive, CleanUp and FixUp one-click solutions available too. In addition to the group wizards, you can run the various maintenance utilities individually. One of the biggest problems with the program is that it rarely gives you any proper indication of its progress– a flaw which is compounded by the fact that it can be excruciatingly slow at times.
