Like its Google counterpart, Microsoft's Windows Live Favorites could do with a little care and attention from its parent. While other sites have moved with the times, by integrating with Facebook or adding useful new features, Live Favorites looks like it's been left in the attic to gather dust. It may have had a sufficient set of features to win it the Gold Award in our last round-up in Issue 142 back in 2006, but since then it's been overtaken by the competition, leaving it languishing far away from the winners' podium.
