Only just pipped to the Bronze by Link Scanner, TrendProtect is the best of the rest. It suffers from the limitations of only having a good/bad rating and little explanation of the integrated icons, but it monitors all the sites you visit and warns you neatly enough, permitting customised-content warnings for sites that mention drugs, alcohol and other contentious categories.
