SceneMaker is basically a cropping service, letting you cut bits out of existing online videos. It takes content from Google Video, YouTube, Metacafe and Dailymotion, importing all the information about a clip (like its title and tags) automatically, and letting you choose new start and end points. You can even download a toolbar to Internet Explorer or Firefox and create your clips that way, though we found we couldn't then remove videos once they'd been put up.
