Images larger than 1MB are automatically resized, but you get 1GB of space (that's 1,000 images) with a monthly bandwidth limit of 10GB. However, with only a web-based upload tool that leaves a lot to be desired, this isn't a particularly user-friendly option and it pulls your pics down to a humble 640 x 480 resolution.
