One of the most useful features of PhotoFiltre is the batch tool. This lets you work with a large number of images simultaneously and adjust the image size, colour levels, apply filters, rotate and convert between formats in one fell swoop. You can also work with images on an individual basis and the standard image optimisation tools are all accessible form the toolbar.

There are a huge number of filters to choose from, ranging from the familiar Soften and Sharpen to the more artistic, enabling you to create some outlandish effects. Paint tools and shapes can also be used to create images from scratch.
