With a slick interface and an expansive list of real-time protection features for browsers, cookies, files, keyloggers, processes, start-up and root kits, we expected Spyware Doctor to do the business. However, it didn't seem to detect activity as we'd hoped. The file scan did detect all threats and remove them, but it wasn't particularly speedy in use.
