As 95 per cent of all PCs sold come with Windows and Microsoft also dominates the computer software market, your first port of call whenever you have a problem should be the Microsoft KnowledgeBase. The KnowledgeBase is a massive database of known problems, solutions and workarounds for Microsoft products. You won't find the answer to every problem there but you'd be surprised at just how much stuff the KnowledgeBase covers. You simply select the Microsoft product you've got a problem with, enter your problem and the KnowledgeBase then checks to see what information it¿s got that's relevant to your query. You¿ll also find heaps of other useful information and advice as well as downloads and updates for Microsoft software.
