If you're really serious about designing a web page then you have to consider throwing some serious money at it. With a semi-professional price, FrontPage has the power to deliver exceptional results, as long as you have a bit of time to invest in learning its features. Even so, because FrontPage is dressed up like other programs in Microsoft's Office suite, anyone who can find their way around a word processor should be able to put a simple page together in a short space of time.

FrontPage is both a visual editor and an HTML code editor, so you can tackle your design from either angle, though you'll get the most out of this package if you can swing both ways. Flipping between the visual and code editors is seemless, and FrontPage uses nice CSS (cascading style sheets) to translate the visual side into the code your visitors' browsers will understand.
