Tickets for Glastonbury 2010 go on sale on the morning of Sunday 4 October but to be in with a chance of getting hold of them you'll need to register online by midnight on Friday.
To register, go to the official Glastonbury registration site.
Registration is not a guarantee of getting tickets to the festival, which will be the 40th anniversary event. Tickets cost £185 plus a £5 booking fee and £4.95 delivery.
Additionally, tickets for car parking will cost £15.
"Following its successful introduction last year, our deposit scheme will once again be in place, giving customers the option of paying a deposit of £50 to reserve a ticket, with the full balance due by the closing date of February 28 2010. Or, you can buy the full ticket outright from 4 October," a message on the official site reads.
Tickets will go on sale through the See Tickets website at 0900BST on Sunday morning, and through the official phone line: 0844 412 4635.
Festival organiser Michael Eavis has promised extra-special headline acts for the 40th anniversary festival.
